Shipping

Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service within 24 hours of your order. We choose to utilize the USPS for several reasons of which are:

• Economical and timely - Most packages typically arrive within 3 days of your order. We pay for the insurance and tracking of each package to provide you with the option of checking the status of your order delivery.
• Effecient - We have incorporated a shipping solution that provides tracking, insurance and delivery confirmation of your order. This helps us to better serve you in the event that a package gets lost or damaged.
• Shipping is on us! - Its included with your order at no additional cost. That's right, unlike many other companies, we ship your items for free.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, difusi would be happy to accept a return.

• Items may be returned within 15 days after you receive the item.
• Items must be returned to us in new, unused condition, and be in original packaging, with all tags attached.
• Shipping fees and gift wrap fees are non-refundable.
• For free shipping offers, shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
• Sale items, personalized items, custom made items and personal hygiene items are not refundable or exchangeable.
• Please contact us within one week of receipt of a non-returnable item to report any problems. All sales become final 15 days after you receive the item(s).
• Please allow up to two billing cycles to see your credit on your statement.

How to return

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us. However if you wish to return an item, please follow the following steps.

1. Just fill out the return slip included.
2. Place merchandise, and the slip in the shipped box.
3. Ship your item back to the address for difusi printed in the return slip.

We recommend that you send your package in a manner that is trackable (i.e. UPS, FedEx, USPS with Delivery Confirmation) to ensure receipt of your return. We are not responsible for shipping charges for returns.

We will notify you via email when your return is processed and your refund issued. It typically takes one to two weeks to process a return and issue a refund once we receive your item(s).

Exchanges

We process all exchanges as returns. Return the items you do not wish to keep and place a new order for the replacement items at your convenience

We pride ourselves in the quality of our products. We guaranty that any difusi branded product shall be free from manufacturers defects in both quality and craftsmanship.

Should a problem arise with the performance of your difusi product, please follow the steps below and indicate whether you would like a replacement item or complete refund.
